One thing we can all agree on when it comes to the trades, is that they’re always good for a laugh! Construction jokes, plumber jokes and electrician jokes and more… We’ve heard some great tradesmen jokes over the years, and thought we might as well share some of them (the clean ones at least!). Here are some of our favourites:

I watched a documentary about how they fix steelwork together last night.

Riveting!

Why is Christmas day just like a day at a construction site?

You end up doing all the work and some fat guy in a suit takes all the credit.

Why did the nosey roofer do such a bad job?

He kept eavesdropping.

Why shouldn't you play poker with a plumber?

A good flush beats a full house every time.

This electrician arrives home at 3am.

His wife asks him, “Wire you insulate?”

He replies, “Watt’s it to you? I’m Ohm, aren’t I?”

Four surgeons are discussing who makes the best type of surgery patient.

The first surgeon says, “I like to see accountants on my operating table, because when you open them up, everything inside is numbered.”

The second responds, “Yeah, but you should try electricians! Everything inside them is color coded.”

The third surgeon says, “No, I really think librarians are the best; everything inside them is in alphabetical order.”

The fourth surgeon chimes in: “You know, I like construction workers – they seem to understand when you have a few parts left over at the end and when the job takes longer than you said it would.”

Customer on the phone to the plasterer: “These walls you’ve done are cracking mate...”

Plasterer: “Cheers pal!”

There you have it, a few of our favourite trade jokes! Why not share yours with us on Facebook and Twitter? Keep it clean though!
