The Glee Power Buyers List is one of the highlights of the annual event, one which we were extremely proud to win in a highly competitive category in last year! Well, it looks like the team has pulled it out of the bag again and retained the prestigious title after again being named ‘Best Builders Merchant Buying Team’ at the ceremony on Tuesday 11th.

The awards exist to celebrate the excellence and talent of buyers with the garden and outdoor industry. It’s an award that holds particular important at Stax as it’s an area we view as one of our main strengths and something we invest heavily into. Good buying means we are able to pass on significant savings and the most comprehensive range possible along to our valued customers.

Stax Purchasing Director, Simon Wright was again on hand to collect the award on behalf of the entire team, he commented: “We were delighted to win last year, but there’s something special about taking it home two years in a row. We certainly haven’t rested on our laurels after winning last year and we continue to innovate and ensure we’re always top of the pack. Our relationships have got stronger and we’ve announced a series of fantastic distribution deals, all to the benefit of our customers.”
